All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Times & Rates

Canada\USA :

•  Standard Shipping: 7 -14 business days

• Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

International:

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  (Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost / Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
