Obsidian — Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Obsidian.INC We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags must still be attached.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items that are worn-out, damaged, washed, stained, or altered in any way will not be accepted.


2. Return Process

  1. Email us at obsidian.incinquiries@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

3. Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want to exchange an item, please:

  1. Request a return

  2. Place a new order for the item you want

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, Obsidian will cover the return shipping cost.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage

We will send a replacement or refund depending on product availability.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Obsidian is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier marks them as delivered.
Please contact the delivery carrier directly in this situation.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed.
Once processing begins, your order cannot be cancelled.
